AI Prompt Specialist

Design, test, and refine AI prompts that power our marketing, automation, and client solutions. You will help turn business goals into reliable, high-quality AI outputs.
What you will do
- Design, test, and refine AI prompts for marketing, automation, and client-facing solutions
- Build prompt libraries and reusable templates for blog, SEO, social, product, and workflow use cases
- Collaborate with developers to integrate prompts into apps, agents, and internal tools
- Evaluate outputs from GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other models for quality, tone, accuracy, and brand fit
- Document prompt patterns, guardrails, and best practices for the wider team
- Stay current with LLM capabilities and recommend improvements to existing AI workflows
What we are looking for
- Strong written English; additional languages are a plus
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs
- Understanding of marketing, business operations, or software product context
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating prompt design or AI-assisted content work
- Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable iterating quickly on prompt quality
